At Ethical Recruitment we meet with our candidates and their parents/carers to get a clear picture of what they are entitled to.
There is funding out there for our candidates and they can be eligible for more than one

Feedback from one of our candidates parents.....
“We’ve found out that, 21 years after being diagnosed with Autism, having full-time 1:1 support throughout school and having Disability Living Allowance for most of that time, he is now apparently cured as he has had all his allowance cut completely.
Don’t get me going about this government !!!!
They didn’t contact his doctor or his counsellor either so all they had to go on was a 20 minute interview with someone who knew diddly squat about autism. She asked him to spell “vital” and asked what change he would get from £1 if he spent 80p. When I tried to explain he doesn’t have a learning difficulty, she frowned at me.
As you can imagine we are appealing against this decision but at least our son now has paid employment through working with Ethical CLARITY.
